4.2 License to Use: By uploading content to the Service, you grant Global Maritime Calendar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4.3 Content Standards: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Is spam, unsolicited, or unauthorized advertising

6.1 Event Creation: You may create events with details including title, description, start and end times, timezone, location, and recurrence rules. You are responsible for the accuracy of all event information.

6.2 Media Uploads: You may upload images and videos to event albums. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload such media and that it complies with these Terms.

6.3 Data Storage: Your calendars, events, and media are stored securely. However, you are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

8.1 Availability: We strive to provide continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

9.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

9.2 Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
